Padelmatic Support
Help with Padelmatic on iPhone and Apple Watch.
Contact us. Email turhan@teddyapplabs.com and describe what happened. For a technical problem, include your app version, iOS or watchOS version, and the steps that led to it. Do not send passwords, payment details, or Sign in with Apple tokens.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases in Padelmatic if you already bought Pro but the app does not recognise it. Apple handles billing, subscription cancellation, and refunds. You can manage a weekly subscription in your Apple ID settings and request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service.
Account and privacy requests
An account is optional. You can delete your account and synced match history from Settings inside the app. If you need help accessing or deleting data, email us from the address connected to your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Scoring help
Padelmatic supports traditional scoring and Americano on iPhone and Apple Watch. If a point was entered incorrectly, use Undo; it can step back across game and set boundaries. You can also pause a match and resume it later.
Before you write
- Update Padelmatic and your device to the latest available versions.
- For a Watch problem, confirm the iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and nearby.
- For a purchase problem, try Restore Purchases while connected to the internet.
