Terms of Use
Last updated 17 August 2026. Padelmatic is made by TeddyAppLabs.
The short version. Padelmatic keeps the score of a padel match. Scoring a match requires Padelmatic Pro, which you buy either once or by the week. Apple handles the payment and the cancellation. The app is a scoreboard, not a referee — the players decide what happened on court.
Agreement
By downloading or using Padelmatic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps bought from the App Store.
What Padelmatic Pro includes
Padelmatic Pro unlocks match scoring on iPhone and Apple Watch, together with the match formats, history, statistics and progression described on the home page. It is sold in two forms:

Prices are set in the App Store and shown there in your own currency before you are asked to confirm. We may change prices for future purchases; a price change never applies retroactively to a lifetime purchase you have already made.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- A weekly subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Accounts
An account is optional and exists only to sync your match history across your own devices. If you create one, keep your Apple ID secure — anyone with access to it can reach your synced history. You may delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to circumvent the purchase, tamper with the app, or access the sync service other than through the app.
- Do not submit unlawful or abusive content through in-app feedback.
- Do not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the app beyond what applicable law allows.
What the app does not promise
Padelmatic records the score you enter. It does not observe play, and it cannot know whether a ball was in, whether a point was won, or whether the right button was tapped. The players remain the authority on what happened on court. Padelmatic is not affiliated with any padel federation, tour or governing body, and is not an official scoring system for any competition.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the outcome of any match, wager, tournament or dispute in which the app was used. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the app develops, and the sync service may be unavailable at times. Scoring, history and settings are designed to work offline, so an outage of the sync service does not stop you scoring a match.
Termination
You may stop using Padelmatic at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to the sync service if it is being abused or used in a way that threatens the service for other people.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
